About Me
I developed my passion for cooking growing up watching my grandfather prepare delicious meals for the family. At an early age, I recognized how food prepared with care and love had the power to bring people together. As I grew older, I became the go to person for preparing pies and other desserts for holiday dinners. After graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in Conservation and Resource Studies and a minor in Spanish, I decided to move to Spain to fully immerse myself in the language and culture. I lived in Spain for 5 years and in year 4, decided to enroll at Le Cordon Bleu, Madrid. It was a life changing experience that has given me the tools to fully develop my passion for pastry arts. After moving back home, I worked at a few well known bakeries in San Francisco developing new skills and perfecting my craft. I now enjoy developing and creating custom mouth watering desserts for all occasions.
